Renewable energy
Renewable energy can be obtained from sources like: water, wind, solar, land or renewable raw materials. Unlike fossil fuels, most of these sources are endless and they cost nothing. Fossil fuels such as coal, oil and gas come from leftover plants and animal debris that has been decaying for millions of years. These resources are therefore limited and their prices will continue to rise. It's now time to start using renewable energy. It will overtake and it will exclude fossil fuels completly in the next few years.
Why renewable energy?
Renewable energy is gaining more and more popularity, mainly because people are starting to realise how harmful fossil fuels are on the environment.
The European Union has estimated that by the year 2032, Renewable Energy Sources will produce at least 32% of total energy. In addition to ecological factors, the development of renewable energy is also of economic importance. It allows to increase the country's energy security by becoming independent of energy supplies from other countries. Investments related to renewable energy also create new jobs in innovative fields.
Renewable energy also reduces the environmental impact that non-renewable fuels cause. The use of renewable energy is good for the environment. Burning fossil fuels causes carbon dioxide emissions. Carbon dioxide is one of the most important causes of global warming.
Renewable energy technologies
There are many technologies for using renewable energy that people have benefited from for hundreds of years. An example: wind and water energy to power mills. Modernizing these technologies and using them for electricity production is an obvious step. Some technical innovations were needed to use solar and geothermal energy which now are one of the most popular techniques of getting renewable energy. The sources are endless.
Heat pumps
Heat pumps use that "free" energy from the environment, providing heating for single-family homes, two- and multi-family. This is one of the most economical, effective and ecological ways for obtaining hot water and heating the house.
Solar Systems
Unlike fossil fuels, solar energy is available in basically unlimited quantities, its use is free and does not cause any emissions. Modern heating techniques can be combined with solar systems. Solar systems can be used forheating water and supporting the central heating in the hosue.
The use of solar radiation as heating energy is known, among others as solar heating. Solar heating collectors should not be confused with cells solar farms, which are used to generate electricity using sunlight. The huge possibilities of using solar energy have been known for a long time. Now our own tested method we have has been serving us for years.
Renewable energy for new buildings
When designing a new building, it's worth checking what renewable energy sources are up for your disposal. This will allow you to get long-term savings. Thanks to an environmentally friendly aspect of renewable energy you can easily get funding.
